Please join TheGourmetClub.com at the Hottest New Sushi Restaurant in Town as we sample their delicious sushi, special chef creations and premium sake!! Everyone is invited both singles and couples for this very special evening. The first three courses will be paired with a glass of premium chilled sake! Each person will be served an individual plate. The fourth course will feature delicious Tempura Banana with Vanilla Ice Cream. Live music starting at 10pm and 2 dollar Kirin draft all night.

Summer Rolls / Ahi Tower / Spicy Salmon on Crispy Cake
Sake - Bishonen
Junmai Ginjo. Established in Kumanoto perfecture 1879. Rich Type Savory aroma. Aftertaste is long with bitter flavor. Served chilled.
Course 2
Tasting family style hot plates
Duck Cigars / Fillet Wraps stuffed with Feta and Asparagus over Szechwan drizzle / Chicken and Beef Meatballs Teriyaki Style
Sake - Suishin
Junmai light, smooth and rich type Full-bodied dry sake, served chilled.
Course 3
Sushi, 4 rolls per person
Firecracker Roll
Spicy Tuna roll wrapped in fresh Maguro (tuna) served over creamy wasabi sauce
Samurai Roll
Yellowtail Fresh Jalapeno Scallion wrapped in lightly seared albacore over ponzu
Sunday Roll
Shrimp Tempura, snowcrab cream cheese wrapped in kani served with blond miso and crushed red chili sauce
Cherry Roll
Snowcrab, Fresh Salmon, avocado wrapped with fresh maguro and spicy aoli
Dragon Roll
Classic california roll wrapped with baked unagi ( BBQ fish ) and special sauce
Sake - Wakatake "Onikoroshi"
Junmai Gingo. Established in 1832 from Shizuoka prefecture. Onikoroshi means "Demon Slayer". Historically famous for having comforted many weary travelers crossing the cold water of the Oi river. Light smooth type, overall very modest sweet aroma of wild fruits, fine crisp. Very well balanced.
